Cookery and Baking - Lettercollum House, Timoleague and Hagal Healing Farm, Bantry offer formal programs of instruction. But also available is a wide range of cookery themes and ethnicities upon request. These will be tested out in the kitchens of Brook Cottage, Innishannon or for a larger group in the kitchen of The Belgooly Country Inn. All these programs are hosted by qualified chefs.
