This is a glorious venue which offers fibre / fabric, painting and drawing, and children's art amid extensive informal gardens set high on a hillside with panoramic views of the valley and Bantry Bay. Nearby are the basket weavers' organic farm and the wood-carving workshop. Eat home-cooked food on a vine-decked terrace. Your companion can take cookery lessons

here. More formal luxury is available at Ballylickey Manor nearby. Visits will be arranged to the award-winning craft emporium, Ardrigole Arts, and the charming Tedagh Candle workshop. The greenwood chair workshop is a 20 minute drive away.
